Equality, Diversity And Inclusion (“EDI”) Policy

Scope
This Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) policy applies to all aspects of operations at PoodleHQ and covers discrimination relating to characteristics protected under the law, including but not limited to age, disability, sex, race, and gender identity.

Commitment
As the owner of PoodleHQ, I strive to promote an inclusive environment where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Discrimination will not be tolerated.

Responsibilities
I am ultimately responsible for upholding this policy. Regular reviews will be conducted to ensure ongoing compliance.

Implementation and Monitoring
EDI considerations will be integrated into all areas of business. Data will be analyzed anonymously and confidentially to evaluate progress on an ongoing basis.

Training
Relevant training will be provided to educate staff on EDI best practices.

Complaints Procedures
Any discrimination complaints will be taken seriously, and addressed confidentially and without fear of retaliation. Complainants have a right to a respectful resolution process.

Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as needed to maintain high standards. Input from staff and community will be considered in the review.
